Chad said he was having a hard time getting this to post from his computer, so I am posting it for him.

For those of you who follow this blog and our brand spankin' new Facebook page you may be familiar with some of the posting related to the ongoing recording of "Wonderful". A while back I put out a call on the blog to singers within our church family to be ready to be called upon at a moments notice to participate in the recording of "Wonderful". Well the time has come. Those of you who are familiar with Andrew Peterson's "Behold the Lamb of God" will be familiar with our "Wonderful" idea. At the end of the Behold the Lamb of God album the last song gives way to a chorus of people singing "O Come Let Us Adore Him". We want to take that concept and apply it to the end of "Wonderful". So here's the idea:
This Sunday, or perhaps even next Sunday (depending on who all can be there to participate), we are going to set up a microphone in the middle of the cafeteria floor and all us Oasis singin' folk are going to surround it. Then we're going to sing a few choruses of "Wonderful" together. We'll take that and add it to the end of the studio recording of "Wonderful". It'll be neat. The whole thing should take 45 minutes tops...if that...since we're already set up to record we could be done in 20 minutes. I promise it won't take up much extra time. We'll plan to try it this Sunday if we have enough interested folks. If not we'll try it the following Sunday. If it doesn't come together that Sunday either then we'll just not do it. I'm really really really hoping we can make it happen one of the next two Sundays. So anyway, I'll see everybody Sunday.
