Chad, this was quite a bit to chew on, but good nonetheless. I enjoy contemplating your thoughts and I enjoy seeing how God is molding you. This is good stuff.

This reminds of the last time I went to Niagra Falls. I observed a man pushing a wheel barrow across the falls on a rope that stretched from side to side. I watched him go over to the other side, then back again. I watched him do this several times. As he ended his trip back to the side I was on, I told him how amazed I was at what he was able to do. "I've been watching you for about four hours now, going back & forth. That's fantastic!" I exclaimed. "I've never seen anything quite like it!"
Then he asked me this question, "Do you think I can do it again?"
"Why sure I do!" I said with certainty. "After all I watched you do it several times now."
To which he replied, "OK, come on, get in."

You can say that you trust Him, but it's not really faith until you get in the wheel barrow.

Cool. Did you get in?

well, this allegory doesn't go that far, but I'm sure I would have. I may have had to be convinced. Even Moses needed some coaxing. But yes I trust Him! And I am in the wheel barrow.
