Great post. I must admit, I too am a "Summer Junkie". It is my favorite time of year. I love being outdoors, enjoying God's wonderful creation & getting to spend time at the ball park. We have spent so many summers with the other parents from Ryan's ball team, that it just wouldn't be summer without them. As you spend time with people building relationships, it naturally opens opportunities for you to share God's love and kindness. People can see if you are "genuine" in your faith. Once this relationship is established, then evangelism is a natural part of it and you don't have to force it. So as you said, get out there. Be good to people. Invite them to eat, love them.... Have a great summer.
